The facility meets LEED Silver certification standards.<\/p>\n<p>GROUPE was responsible for the land planning, design and engineering of all infrastructure, road, water, sanitary sewer, dry utilities, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, boundary and topographic surveys and record plats. The project required extensive coordination with George Mason University and the private sector developer who provided the utility and transportation access.\u00a0 In addition, GROUPE assisted during the construction phase with periodic site inspections, schedule coordination, and shop drawing reviews.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":610,"template":"","categories":[12],"tags":[4],"class_list":["post-609","project-highlight","type-project-highlight","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-public-projects","tag-civil-engineering"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.0 -
